Facing the beach and bordering Cahuita National Park
The Kelly Creek hotel is located at the very entrance to Cahuita National Park, facing the white beach and receiving the gentle breeze of the ocean. Its spacious and well ventilated rooms built in fine woods have high ceilings that make them cooler. Each room has two double beds with mosquito nets, ceiling fans and a nice and luminous bathroom with hot water.
Being so close to the National Park, plenty of wild animals delight our guests with their presence: iguanes, basiliscs, white-face monkeys, roaring howlers, sloths, several species of birds, etc.. Next to the kitchen of the restaurant, while having breakfast you'll be able to spot Roberto and his family, wonderful wild alligators that live in the mangrove and swim to shore daily to say hello and also for their daily snack (raw chicken legs).
We offer healthy breakfasts with fresh fruits plates and juices, apart from coffee, grilled toasts, from 6:30 a.m. until whenever you feel like it. We also serve dinners as from 6.30 p.m.. In the restaurant you can observe oil paintings of Caribbean subjects , painted by the owner, Andres, who also is an artist. The cooking is spanish and the specialty of the house is the PAELLA, prepared by the owner, Marie-Claude who will recommend to order it a few hours in advance, because of its long elaboration.
We have a parking lot surrounded by huge trees: chestnut-tree, bread tree, avocado, water apples, mangos, etc.
